Hi, the downtown Charleston (Palmer) campus is closed. All Interlibrary Loaned books must be picked up at Thornley Campus Library. We cannot send them to remote sites. Here is a link that shows how to get books not available at the TTC Library.
Regarding study locations at the downtown (Palmer) campus, you can study at the Student Success Center until 5 pm. Below is their contact information:
